I had a contract for a modem for R149 a month and the last six months they were deducting between R450 and R600 out of my bank account. I went to them and I cancelled it and they said my contract has expiered but they still took money out of my bank account. I was by them on Tuesday again and they told me everything was sorted out and cancelled and that they would not deduct any more from my account but Yesterday on 01/02/2013 they deducted R908 from my bank account
