In July 2012 I cancelled my Car's Service Plan and I was told it'll take 3 months to cancel however after 3 months the bank still deducted money from my account. Since they continued deducting money I assumed the account was not cancelled so on the 7th January 2013 I took the car for a service I was told the status of my account was "cancelled" and I was also told that the bank will refund me for the month (s) deducted. It's the 7th of Feb. and I'm still waiting for some feedback because I'm tired of being the one calling and still not get anywhere.
