Last year i applied for 2 gift vouchers that 8.ta was offering to people it had R2400 on it and i was to pay R90 a month, then they did not get funds from my account for 4 months and they debited R450 in january and in february they took R630 that is a total of R1080 i phoned them because they were supposed to deduct a total of R900 i asked for my refund which i did not get even today, I cancelled my contract with them they told me i had to pay a total of R1000 and something which i did pay when i phoned them again today requesting a proof of payment i was told that the money is not showing on their side i must still pay R175 so i don't understand why do i still have to pay more money whereas they told me if i pay the cancellation fee they are going to stop deducting from my bank account and close my contract i nedd some answers.
