Still trying to cancel a contract!

I have been trying to cancel an mtn data contract.

I reported the impossibility to do so on this forum.

I then received public feedback from MTN saying the contract is cancelled with immediate effect...

Turns out that means they cut the service off immediately (with data on it)... but come end of the month they keep on your money. Absolutely appalling.

Again, do not sign a contract with these people. They just hook their paws into your bank account and keep on.
