Data Bundel increase with NO warning

So recently I discovered my 24 month data contract was over. How? Nope no one informed me about it, or even bother to ask if I still want it. No the money was simply deducted from my account!! When I call in to ask what happening I got told the whole story;that my contract is up and they just carried on with a new one. I told the lady at the call center that no one let me know that it my contract ended and that I'll now be paying almost DOUBLE!! for the same amount of gigs, oh and to top it off I have to give a 30 day notice period to cancel the contract I technically haven't take out? And still have to pay for another month!! When I asked why I wasn't notified I got "oh some people are given notice, some aren't" I think its absolutely ridiculous that I didn't even receive an sms, email, phone call or even a letter stating that MTN will be increasing the amount I have to pay every month. And where did I sign saying that they can deduct this amount from my bank account?!
MTN is very quick to send sms for anything else but couldn't be bothered about letting a person know their contract is up?!
This is a joke!! Totally ridiculous!! Cannot wait to move over to a different netw
