R500 000 (Half a million Rand) Debit Orde

I have been with 8ta for almost 6 months now and I'm just experiencing problems. I posted on HelloPeter.com (8 Jan 2014) about 8ta not giving me the right contract. It took some time for them to sort out the problem but eventually they got me on the right one. On Friday the 31st of Jan, a debit order for the amount of R999.93 went through. A couple of minutes later a received another SMS. It was from 8ta again for the amount of R500 000.00. Yes that's correct - HALF A MILLION RAND!! I'm not sure if 8ta is in desperate need of money. I phoned 8ta straight away and spoke to a guy called - Wonga. He told me that he could see it on the system and it will take 10 days for this issue to be resolved. He said that the manager at the accounts department will call me on Saturday. Well, it's Sunday today and nobody from 8ta called me. How is it possible for them to take R500 000.00 (half a million rand) from my account? I need answers from them about this. Is it worth using 8ta if they do this to their customers?
