I applied for a 1 data contract from cell c and I received 2 packages which was debited from my personal account twice because of the 2 contracts which should have been 1. I phoned cell c and they said they will cancel the one and phone me back to do the refunds... they never did, I had to phone them and when I phoned them I was told that the 1 contract has been cancelled and that my refund would be put through as credit to which I didnt have a problem and they said they will phone me back to go through with the credit... they never did. I phoned them yesterday the 17/09/2013 and they said that the extra contract has been cancelled but its still going to be deducted from my account??? how does a cancelled contract still go off in my account?
Thank you cell c, you have really nice data contracts and that is why I chose you for data because the other networks are hectic expensive at data but why do you still want to take my money??? I am considering to cancel all my data contracts.
