Right from the start Telkom Mobile billed me for the wrong phone. After reporting it and getting a response that all is sorted the wrong high amount still went off. I went to the bank to reverse the charge. This next month I received TWO accounts on my name, one with the phone I have (actually also billed incorrectly) and one for the imaginary phone with a TERMINATION PENALTY for the amount of R8071.35!!! I am so frustrated and do not know where to go any more to fix this problem. Because obviously Telkom Mobile does not know what they are doing. :(
