I have an iPhone 5s on Telkom Mobile. The problem is that iMessage won't activate. It seems that the activation just hangs. The biggest problem is that I get billed R1.50 each time I turn the iMessage off and on. The amount is now over R20. I have logged a case telephonically and received a reference number but have not had a response just yet.
I need this fixed as it is one of the features I got the phone for.
Please fix this and give me my money back.
