Shocking accounting and service

In Sep last year I canceled my Telkom Mobile account as I received my ADSL from Telkom. at the end of Sep a received a bill for over R2, 000 for my Telkom Mobile account which has a flat fee of R350 per a month. I queried this and accounts told me that there was an issue with their system and I was billed for data I could not have used as I was on a capped 5 Gig account. I requested a revised invoice so I can make payment and the Telkom lady said I must just p[ay the R304 and I will recieved a new invoice. I said NO as I need to see the corrected invoice. I have has this conversation with accounts for the past 4 months and no there can send me the correct invoice. I want to pay you Telkom please can some one with an IO higher than a 5 year old call me to arrange this.
