There has been no response from Telkom since i filed a complaint. Telkom is a company who responds - what a joke!
And now to add to that - they have now billed me for a phone i no longer have and a contract i cancelled weeks ago.
I have been trying to phone Telkom mobile day to sort this out. Either the number just rings with no-one answering or after holding for over 30mins someone puts me through to the department just have to have the phone cut off. i am not able to phone the department directly as you can only dial it from a telkom number.
This is such rubbish service from Telkom and I warn everyone not to get involved with them if you want to avoid run around, unproffessional behaviour!!
