Still awaiting my Data as promissed

Hi i spoke to Ruth in December of 2013 and she handled my matter so well regarding my Data she gave me 2gigs of data to cary on until she sorts out my problem... which is to give my previous data back which amounts to 110 gigs of Data...
Its now been a month and i still havent received the Data. I know u guys are busy but can u please sort it out a.s.a.p i will really appreciate it thank you.
