Billed for wrong phone then no service

Firstly Telkom Mobile do not have a clue what they are doing. I went visa versa people saying yes I can keep my number to no I can't. At the end I just left it. Only to get my first bill 2 weeks later for a more expensive phone which I did not have (Samsung S4) and I only have the S4 Mini. And a week after I've repoted it still no new statement and NO service at all. My pjone can't make calls or sms or anything. No data. "Not registered on network" is all I get. Seriously Telkom?? Have you got any idea what you are doing?? I wouldn't advise anyone to go to Telkom Mobile...
