Telkom mobile Billed me wrong, received an sms your account will be debited whit R 7530.00 or there about almost R 8000, phone them, oh now the charged me a migration penalty and admin fee for moving to a bigger package, (Spend more money a month whit then and you need to pay R 7000 penalty where in you life?)
So the credit me the fault but apparently the cant change the debit order so it went of my account and bounced because there isn't the amount there so my bank charges me for the penalty, now i need to pay for a fault telkom did?
they say they aren't gowning to pay my penalty, so I asked them if I got n speeding fine are the gowning to pay for it? answer obviously was no, so way must i pay the penalty for there mistake?
