I regret taking out a contract with cell c. i took out a contract with cell c that i was suppose to have started to pay on the 25.12.2013 but for some reason cell c want to deduct on th 15.12.2013 so i celled them to explain that i get pay on the 25 so i asked if they can send banking details i will deposit the money on the 19.12.2013 i wnt to nedbank to deposit an amount of R460.00 the on the 01.01.2014 i received a call from cell c saying they havent received the money i told them i did deposit but unfortunately ive lost the receipt, i then went to nedbank to ask if they cant give me copy of deposit slip they said they cant but on the 15.01.2014 they gave me the copy wich i faxed to cell c and after 2-3 days my phone was opened and they told me that all is sorted. on the 25.01.2014 an amount of R776.02 was deducted but when i ask i get different answers the on the 29.01.2014 i received an sms saying the amount was for arreas< areas for what if ive paid? really unhapy with cell c i feel im being robed, this is bad service. ill never ever buy anything from cell c NEVER, a contract of R250.00pm but i end up paying this much in less than 4 months? i hardly use this phone
