Billing mistake, Call Centre bad, network bad

I've had Cell C contract 2.5 months;been asking to cancel for past 2.
Network unavailability-I live & work in full coverage zone.
I made a payment a month ago after reminding them about bill.(Pay within 30 days). Paid 10 days after receipt but withheld R39;had a query about it which I submitted. The payment was not shown on bill of 2013-05-10.Reminded them again of amount & asked to resend bill.
Received bill again on 2013-05-18, amount paid still not there. Ask again via SMS.Friday 24/05/13 I get call frm Cell C customer "care" about unpaid bill. Before anything was said I was aked to verify birth date which I refused & asked if they found my deposit. I am not verifying anything until Cell C confirms receipt of payment
Lady tells me she can't talk to me if I don't confirm & puts phone down without a goodbye.
My phone has been disfunctional (outgoing barred) since evening 24/05/2013.
Because Cell C can't find my deposit, they have cut off my service;I owe R39.The other amount, less than R250, I have until 2013-06-10 to pay. My PREPAID Cell C modem also stopped working the past few days.
Please find my payment, correct my bill & switch on my phone.
Aso let me know how to cancel contract.
