I received a call call from Cell C on the 29th of January 2014 from a coloured lady asking me when am I paying for the phone that I took, so I said to her I did not take any phone from Cell C and she said I took a Samsung Galaxy S4, they also tried to debit from my Capitec account and its frozen. I told her I bank with ABSA and she said she will report it.
I went to Cell C shop on the 31st of January 2014, got help from a lady and told me that there are 2 Samsung i9500 Galaxy S4 under my name which I took on the 6th of November 2013, imei nos 357503052301563/35750503052391044.
The salesman that helped the guy to get the contract was Tisetso Selikiso, I want to know how did the person using my ID get the contract without the real documents and proof of address, I want to see the contract and see if everything corresponds with what is required when you take a contract phone, I want to know if it was done telephonically or at the shop, why was I not told about the phones when I took a smartdata simcard contract on the 22nd of November 2013.
I opened a case yesterday and case number is 28/2/2014 and the refence I got from Cell C is 4013103097.
