I asked to cancel a contract which I had with cell c. They gave me the settlement amount of R993.05. I paid this amount by deposit into the cell c nedbank account, and handed the proof of deposit to a consultant (Andrea) at clearwater branch.
An amount of R 936.04 was then debited from my account on 28 Nov 13. When I queried this on 3 Dec 13 I was told that they debited the settlement amount even though I had deposited it.
I am still waiting for an answer as to why this happened, more importantly I am waiting to hear if this money is going to be refunded or not.
