Cell C contract phone not fixed for a month

Me Cell C Contract phone, a Samsung Note 2 went dead on 3/12/2013. Today is 3/1/2014 and still no joy as apparantly it is not a Cell C phone??? By this they are implying I am trying to pass another providers phone of as theirs, in other words, a criminal act? Copy of contract supplied to them as proof of purchase
No feedback when promised. Really terrible service
