I applied for a Contract with Cell C on the 22 of November 2013 after my first complaint I received assistance and finally received my Phone in January 2014. From the First time I spoke to Cell C I was informed that the number I provided could be transferred to my new contract. I have received my phone however the number activated is a random number and nothing has been done as per the agreement between myself and Cell C. I have sent numerous correspondences to Cell C with no success nor any call backs. Whenever I contact Cell C no one seems to know what's going on. It would seem after I received my phone no further assistance is required from Cell C.
