Firstly I would like to express my total dissatisfaction with regards to MTN's service levels. I have attempted to get hold of your customer service (808) since yesterday - Friday 31st January 2014 and again this morning. I have made 5 calls this morning alone and each one lasted around 30 min without being answered and then disconnected - I have photographed this if you would like to view it. I experienced exactly the same at the end of December 2013 and sent an e-mail to this customer service e-mail address and still await a reply.
I would like to query my bills December 2013 (per my last mail) and now January 2014. I have a 2 gig top up contract for R149.00 per month (which I have had for almost 2 years billed at R149.00 per month) and have been charged more that this since October 2013. Please can you advise what this charge is as I did not request to top up the data.
