Pathetic service and attitude

This week i applied for a telkom line, i informed the lady that i think there is a line in the place i moved into, she said tgat doesnt matter if it not in my name and must be reinstalled. This made no sense to me but nonetheless i entertained this and completed the form for a new line. I asked tle lady how long it should take and she said 14-21days maximum. To me this was already a bit ridiculous. Thereafter no one contacted me so i called 10210 to query when the installation would happen, the lady checking this put me on hold a few times and even after me telling her i need tge line urgently installed she didnt care, she then tells me the line can be installed on the 25th of February. This made me extremely irate and i told her tgis is unacceptable. She really didnt seem to care, i then told her to cancel the line and she witg no regard said okay i will. I was honestly shocked with the level of service or lack thereof. Telkom obviously do not care about service or taking on or losing clients. I am apallled and now i understand why people are moving over to Neotel.
