MY VEHICLE WAS INSURED AS OF THE 7TH OF NOVEMBER 2013. I WAS THEN DEBITED TWICE IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER AND REVERSED THE ONE PREMIUM
DUE TO NOT KNOWING WHY I WAS DEBITED TWICE. I THEN RECEIVED AN SMS DATED THE 19 DECEMBER TO ADVISE THAT SHOULD I NOT PAY THE PREMIUM FOR DECEMBER
I WILL NOT BE COVERED. MIWAY THEN DEBITED MY ACCOUNT THE NEXT DAY ON THE 20TH OF DECEMBER 2013. WHICH THE PAYMENT IS FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2013.
I THEN RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE ASSESOR ADVISING THAT THEY NOT PAYING THE CLAIM AS I WAS NOT COVERED, AND TOOK THEM A MONTH TO LET ME KNOW. THE ACCIDENT
TOOK PLACE ON THE 23 DECEMBER 2013 AND FEEDBACK WAS ONLY RECEIVED ON THE 20TH OF JANUARY 2014. I THEN TOOK THE MATTER FURTHER WITH BEN AT MIWAY AND TRIED TO
EXPLAIN THAT THE DEBIT ORDER WAS TAKEN ON THE 20TH OF DECEMBER AS MY CONTRACT STATED THAT THE PAYMENT WILL ONLY BE TAKEN ON THE 31ST OF DECEMBER 2013 FOR JANUARY. SO
MY PAYMENT TAKEN IN DECEMBER WAS FOR DECEMBER, WHICH HE THEN TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE, BUT THEN CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO SAY NO ITS ONLY FOR JANUARY 2014. HOW CAN
MIWAY TWIST THERE WORDS ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS TIME TO PAY OUT THE CLAIM, BUT THEY REFUSE TO DO SO.
