I am so fed up with MTN sending me SMS's stating that my account is overdue, due to the fact that they have not deducted December and January, which is deductible VIA debit order. And it's not the first time either. MTN have now up to date suspended my account twice, and send me numerous sms's saying my account is overdue and I have to pay. This is totally unacceptable. I have to phone to explain to them what errors they have uncured and how they should rectify it. I have complained, I have phoned, I don't know what to do anymore, this company is just so incompetent, they cannot process a simple cellphone account. I have never witnessed incompetence on this level. (Spoke to Steven - Ref; 108665498) You can expect me to complain at Beeld and wherever I can find other space.
