Cannot use the service

I took advantage of Telkom's simple internet offer. they installed the modem but now I cannot use.
I also cannot hold on for 100 years dialling 10210 waiting for someone to answer the phone and help.
Telkom your service!!!
If you cannot help me please collect your rubbish products!
