Old Mutual has gifted me with the worst service ever this december, I have been debited 6 times in the past 3 weeks and literally begged for them to send back MY MONEY as my account was up to date. To make matters worse, the supervisor that I spoke to kept saying my account is overdue until someone with some sense picked up that they made an error. I had to pay rent with the first R2461 that was taken by OM and couldn't, then a week later they did the same. Now I have been declined a credit card application because my credit record reflects that my Old Mutual account is overdue?! My next payment is in January, how can my account be overdue. Now me not getting a credit card is becuase of OM
