Suspension of services without prior notification

I am rather irate after receiving an SMS from Multichoice advising that my services has been suspended due to an overdue amount of R42.87 (incl recon fee), this is the second time that I received an SMS of such without having prior knowledge that my account is overdue. The first time this happened the 23 October I called the customer care line and was advised that I had amount outstanding after upgrading and downgrading services and therefore the difference did not go off via Debit order and I had to apparently make a cash payment, I advised that this amount should go off on my next debit which obviously didnt and that is why my account was suspended for the second time, I find this rather frustrating as i only receive an SMS informing me of my account suspension but no other communication of an overdue amount, I then have to fix this mess by calling and spending wasted time on the phone for small petty amounts which should have just gone off via Debit i mean that is why we set Debit orders on our accounts for convenince sake, I do hope Multichoice will sort out their accounts and send out prior communication before just suspending accounts!!!
