VODACOM HAS BEEN HARRASING ME WITH AUTOMATED CALLS CLAIMING THAT MY ACCOUNT IS OVERDUE, YET WHEN I ENQUIRED WITH THEM I RECEIVED NO FEEDBACK, MY ACCOUNT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN OPEN FOR 3MONTHS AND ALREADY I GET POOR SERVICE. TO MAKE THINGS WORST THEY LISTED MY ACCOUNT AS OVERDUE ON ITC. I WANT VODACOM TO RECTIFY THE ITC ERROR AND ALSO EXPLAIN HOW MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS WHEN THEY DEDUCTED THE INVOICE AMOUNT.
