Account suspended!!

My pregnant wife's account was suspended due to Autopage not processing the debit order on the 28th of March (on the 28th as they have done for over 10 years)!! Received sms's requesting manual payments; but the payment was deducted from my CC already (now a week later the money is back into my account???). We phoned the number on Friday to find out what is going on but didn't get any helpful assistance. An hour after that the account was suspended.

We are away on a business trip and have no other means of contacting each other! Now we can't dial out!! I already pay for a cellphone account and do not want to pay for a hotel phone bill as well!!

All they have to do is process the debit order again!! Without the R49 reconnection fee... it wasn't my error.
