I did an upgrade 27/09/2013 at The Mall@Reds. I took a Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE. Four months later, phone just switched off. I took the phone back to Mtn (The Mall@Reds), 22/01/2013. The consultant that assisted me told me that they will send it back to mtn for approval to replace the phone and give me feedback after 5 workings days which was yesterday. I went back yesterday to find out, they told me they will phone today and let me know. When I phoned today, the person on the phone had an attitude and told me it might take 7 - 14 working days. Why did they not give me the right info the 1st time. The Staff are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They make promises they can't keep, I am stuck without a phone and Mnt does not seems to care. I am very unhappy about this poor service. I need a replacement ASAP.Thank you
