Took a cellphone on contract (Samsung Galaxy E-note II), 5 days later (25/03/2013) I had to take the phone back because it kept on rejecting the sim card. As per their contract they had to replace the phone as it was taken back within the normal grace period. I was told the OBF (Out of Box Fault) takes 2 days to be approved. 4 days later I called the store to get some feedback, they told me they were still waiting for approval. A week later there was still no communication what so ever and again I had to call them and I got the same respond as last time. I then called Cell C customer complaint on the 8/04/2013 spoke to the lady by the name of Janelle who promised to get back to me the following day, there was still no feedback from her. I had to call her for some feedback on 11/04/2013, and couldn't find her again explained my story to another person. Its 17days later and I still don't have my phone or a proper feedback. Totally pathetic from cell c I must say.
