Today was the 5 th time that I have been to the branch to re-root or to find out about my card. I have heard story's like: " I can't re-root I'm only the messenger, I will phone and give feedback, it is lying with the courier services and... it has been send back, why, because it has been lying in the bank for more than 55 days, you did not come to collect it. So I think they must start wondering why people go over to another bank
