Cell C Blacklist phone after month

On the 17th of December I got a new contract from Cell C at there Mall @ Reds Branch and at the time all seemed in order and the staff was helpful in all ways possible until the the 28th of January when they decided to blacklist my phone on accounts that they never registered my phones IMEI number on there system, there for declaring it. I first phoned there call centre where they told me I must do a sim swap in order to resolve the problem. After talking to one of the staff members in charge at Cell C Mall @ Reds they discoverer that it might be because my phone has been blacklisted and they told me to trust them to sort it out before day end on the 2nd of February. I then went back the next day because they didn't do as promised and thus it became a problem for me. After phoning them today I was really disappointed with the service I was getting from them and I also got the feeling that this was all just one big joke to them.
