Poor service on phone repairs

I have a contract with Cell C and upgraded November 2012. The phone I got then is a Blackberry Curve 9320. I had problems with this phone after a few months. It freezes several times every day. It doesn't read the memory card correct. After being charged, it will sometimes show the battery is flat after 5 mins. I took the phone in to Cell C Reds mall first time on 05/06/2013 and got it back on 18/06/2013. The problem was worse after I got it back. I took the phone back to the same Cell C shop on 22/07/2013. They sent it in for repairs again. They didn`t inform me when the phone was back 07/08/2013. I went to the shop 10/08/2013. The phone was back there. It did not turn on at all and they had the wrong back cover with the phone. I sent it back immediately. I went to the shop on 31/08/2013. The phone was still not back. Since I sent it back the previous time, I contacted the customer service through a call and email. They didn`t even come back to me. The person that helped me when I called, told me they are suppose to replace the phone if it went in for repairs 3 times in such a short period of time. The person at the shop told me the phone was not replaced, but again repaired.
