EVEN AFTER REPORTING MY FIASCO DATED 24 JAN 2014 TO HELLOPETER, I GET AN E-MAIL SAYING THIS WILL BE SORTED ASAP AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE 8 DAYS LATER .IT SHOWS THEY DO NOT GIVE A HOOT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS . WHO AT VODACOM DO YOU NOW PHONE TO GET SERVICE THAT WARRANTS R2500--- TO R3000-00 A MONTH YOU ARE PAYING .IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THE CONSUMERS AS THERE IS NO RECOURSE BUT TO SEEK LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN THIS MATTER.
