Airtime data bundles purchased by consumers get from them by Vodacom after 30 days or the last day of the following month when such data is not consumed. Vodacom abuse its consumers by selling data but void such data not used in a very short time limit.
Apart from airtime being unfairly expensive in South Africa, consumers are openly ripped off by this one sided practise. On top of this consumers are not awarded any credits when downtimes are experienced or coverage not provided.
I will make it my mission every day in 2014 to make Vodacom drop its shameful actions and fix their illegal actions!!
