I posted a complaint approximately 3 months ago regarding 3 illegal upgrades performed on my name, where my signature was forged on falsified letters.
Correspondence was received from Simon Ramapuputla, who was very helpful and provided me with what i required and requested.
The problem comes in where Vodacom requested me to have the matter investigated and seek legal assistance, therefor expecting me to pay money out of my own pocket for legal assistance regarding an upgrade that was performed on my name without consulting with me first whether i had given the person's permission who had upgraded the contracts without my knowledge thereof.
I was never contacted to confirm this by Vodacom, only when they wanted their money they contacted me and secondly a certified copy of my ID was not obtained during the upgrade, which i see as incorrect procedure.
I expect and request Vodacom to remove me from the ITC list and pursue the individuals who performed theses illegal actions, i am able to provide their details and locations in addition. If my name is not cleared from the ITC and the person's responsible pursued i will take the matter further.
Please attend to this urgently.
