Problem still not resolved

Hi Vodacom,

It has been two weeks since my first post on hellopeter. And still nobody can sort my problem out. I am paying for a service I cannot use. My phone has switched off for three weeks now and my account is still is billing. please sort this out or I will seek legal advice as you are not meeting your contractual obligations.
