Ordered Vodafone R208 Wifi Router on my gig standard 2 gig contract on Friday 10 January. Received a USB stick modem on 13 January... not what I ordered! Went to Vodashop Kolonnade with the USB modem to exchange it for the correct Wifi router. They said they cant help me. Phoned vodacom direct to send me the correct product. Have been waiting since 14 January. An amount of R70 were deducted from my account already, but I haven't received ANYTHING yet!!!
