NO CONNECTION ON ADSL

I went to telkom to report the problem I'm experiencing with the ADSL the lady that was assisting me 1st told me they are not my service provider but after checking she realised that she was wrong. And now I'm unable to connect for the pas three days no 1 is phoning me or coming to fix the line but i will be required to pay the full month subscription.
