I have been battling for the past 4 months with my ADSL line. I've logged numerous faults via my service provider (axxess) as every single connection ends in a port error on the ADSL line. Telkom is overloading our exchange and our internet is off every second/third day. What is Telkom going to do about this?! This must be sorted out!! We are paying for a service we are not getting!! If this carries on like this I will have no choice but to take Telkom to the consumer act!! Sort this out!!!
