ADSL line is still faulty

I really frustrated with the current situation, I am still experiencing issues with my Telkom ADSL line.
I am unable to connect to the internet (the DSL light on my modem is steady and the internet light is off).
I have called MTN Business, FNB Connect and Axxess for assistances (ISP's) and explained the situation. None of my ISP are authenticating - not even the Telkom guest account.
I have tested the settings with two different routers with the setting below:

CISCO Linksys WAG54G2
ASUS DSL-N10

I have logged two faults tickets with TELKOM to investigate.

I have called Telkom DSL support twice in the last two weeks to recreated my port and also confirmed the username and password for my data. No success.
The Telkom guy said according the system there is nothing wrong with my line, he suggested I take it up with my ISP. My ISP also confirmed that they are unable to see my ip coming through on the radius logs,
which means they are also unable to help me. No one is..So this left me paying for a DSL line that i am not able to use. Telkom is not responding, being billed every month, if I dont pay i get disconneted, but yet no service..
