Greetings, I signed up for telkom ADSL line six months ago however it never worked. I made several calls for assistance to the call center and to the walk-in service center with no help. Telkom has been billing me for the past six months for the service that never worked. I cancelled the ADSL subscription six weeks ago and they still continue to bill me for it. When calling them for assistance, I was told that my PC was the problem but I have since signed up with a different service provider and their router works fine, I can connect to the internet wirelessly with my new router using the same old PC. I need Telkom to re-imburse my money (at least the ADSL part of the subscription or give me the giga-bytes of data they owe me and to stop billing me since I requested this subscription to be cancelled long time ago)
