My speed connecting to the Internet via my ADSL has dropped from 4mbps to 0.03mbps. I reported it to MWeb and they reported it to Telkom. Telkom told them it is a network failure problem due to congestion on my line. They said it could take months and months to fix.
So now i am paying for a 4mbps connection/line and not receiving the corresponding connection speed and Telkom can't fix it now. So now I am both wasting money and puling my hair out because i can't connect to the Internet.
So much for buying an ADSL line service from Telkom. they advertise the service and encourage you to buy it from them but when it is broken it is just bad luck and i have sit with degraded service.
Please, please, please, please Telkom can't you fix this problem for me?
