BEWARE of cell C if your sim is!!! My daughter was robbed from her Samsung Tab and sim in Dec 2012.
We gave Cell C the Police Case number and they assured us all is stopped. At the time we had so many to replace that we decided not to do a sim swap. Yet last month we got a nasty surprise that the sim is being used. We received a R500-00 bill that only states internet usage. I called in and the department said they will look into the matter, just to receive another bill in Nov for R500 internet. I called in now hold on for 20 minutes just to find out I have to call again as she could not found anything
I AM FED UP AND WILL NOT PAY THE R500 AGAIN THIS MONTH. I told customer care that I will cancel my debit order and not pay this amount. I also want to see the paper work who did the sim swap. I know there should be paper work as I did a sim swop on my other line with Cell C and had to sign a million times for that in fact it was since the that we received these bills makes you wonder???
