Pathetic service once again. When I signed the contract I was told the contract was capped! Of course all MTN can do here is apologise but what about the inconvenience and cost! Since then I have received bills in constant excess of R1k and apparently can expect a bill of R5000 soon! I asked for termination fees and receive responses over 8 weeks later!!! I will take this to CPA as this is disgusting! I have 3 contracts with CELL C and never had any issues remotely like this! You people really don't care about your customers.
