I have only had problems with Medshield this year after my daughter was born.
I have now received a 3rd bill from the hospital that was not paid.
Everytime I have to waste my money phoning them to sort it out.
I want to know what the problem is and why you are not paying the bills in a timely manner?
I expect to be contacted 1st thing tomorrow to find out why this keeps happening!
