Vodacom not allowing me to upgrade

Hi Shabeer, I address this complaint to you because of the service I received from you the last time and not in anyway to put you in a bad light at your company.
I have a upgrade due again, I ordered the laptop, it is at centurion vodashop and the system once again wont let me upgrade.
The tel nr for the upgrade is : 079 881 0314.
please adjust my contract status sothat I don't have these issues in the future please.
I spend about R 70 000.00 per year with my 7 contracts. I think I deserve better service.
