Vodacom not allowing me to upgrade my contract

I am due for a upgrade on one of my "7CONTRACTS AT VODACOM" spending a good R 5000.00 each month on Vodacom payments. Now I wait from 6h15 at the istore in centurion for the release of the iphone5S, only to be told at 12H30 that Vodacom does not allow me to upgrade this package sothat I can get the iphone5S because of some itc thing against my name!!! I am furious. I now had to let the iphone that was held out for me go because of Vodacom not allowing me a better contract!!!

I am up to date with my account at Vodacom and pay loyally each month. this is what I get in return??? for a customer with 7 contracts.. and for more than 10years being a Vodacom customer I had to be embarssed in front of strangers!!! I am really considering taking my business elsewhere, where I can actually be handled as a respectable customer!!!
