Call Divert Request Late

I logged a Call Divert request with Telkom Corporate on 29January, and called the contact centre. They advised me that they will escalate my request to have it processed by my requested time being 13:00 the following day. I followed up twice on the 29January, and i was reassured that it will be processed, When I contacted them this morning, they said the request was allocated to Bevan Watkin. They said they will take it to his immediate attention. When I contacted them again I spoke to Bevan who gave me the process to follow. When I tried to activate the Divert at 12:55, it was unsuccessful. I contacted them again to speak to Bevan, however Phumlani who assisted me put me on hold, and came back with a message from Bevan that he already spoke to me. Bevan indeed returned my call only to mention that my request will be processed in 30minutes. My meeting started at 13:00 and it is imperative that the calls were diverted as a Business Requirement, as we can lose business during those hours. Our calls were infact NOT diverted.

Completely unacceptable from Telkom Corporate, if you could not process the request, you could have said so.
